when i attemp to upload the program iget the ”No source archive available on the PLC” and im pretty sure that there is a program on it ..

Yes the program was their in the PLC.
But the programmer didn’t download the source code of the program.
Because of that you can get that message.
Also, you are not able to upload the program.
