I mean to say if you are using R1000 then up to 8 consecutive registers ( means upto R1007 or R1008  register used by PID itself) . So you can try R1010 ? Still the problem not solve then attached the below details:

1. PLC Model
2. PLC Program
3. Input / Output List
4. Flow chart of your Program
5. Write your problem with example as per mention in program.

You can try with SR+9 register. Because Starting Register of PID used 8 consecutive registers..

You can try with zero pulse output. Because with zero pulse the system can run continue and may be you can change the speed without HSPSO function disable/enable.

VR0 and VR1 is nothing but variable resister.

It will provide 0 to 255 value in particular data register.

For example, If you want to use VR0 then first you have to activate the bit M1178.

After that if you rotate that switch then you will get value in data register D1178.

You can use that value in the program. Simply I can say you can varies timer value using instruction T0 D1178 , like that..It’s depend on programmer how they use it for different purpose..

1.  This HMI XBTOT2110 is not available now it will be replace with HMIGTO2300.
2.  For this you required Vijeo Designer software (not vijeo designer lite or vijeo designer basic).
3. To activate the XBT OT series in vijeo designer you can follow below steps:-

• Run Vijeo Designer as administrator
• Click on Help then About
• Click on License then click on Upgrade button, Upgrade button only available if you are register person.
• Write this code: VJDHTGTOPV62M.
• Close the software and open it again , you will get the XBT OT series option for selection.
• Done.

Solution for this as mention below:

Case 1: In Vijeo Designer v6.1 and older, the Download function is disabled if the application is not registered.
Case 2: In Vijeo Designer v6.2, the Download function will be disabled if:
(a) the installation’s trial period has expired if it is not registered or
(b) Vijeo Designer is installed as the free “Limited Edition”, which will only allow download to HMISTO and HMISTU series Magelis screens or
(c) Vijeo Designer is installed as “Limited Edition” under SoMachine.

Resolution
For Case 1 and Case 2(a):
Purchase the software license, then register the product using the registration wizard.

For Case 2(b),
Purchase the software license, uninstall Vijeo Designer Limited Edition, then re-install it with the purchased Reference and Serial Numbers.

For Case 2(c),
Run the product in SoMachine as part of the SoMachine product or purchase and install a Standalone version of Vijeo Designer on a separate PC.
(Vijeo Designer Standalone version and SoMachine cannot be on the same Windows machine)

Hi,

If the Kinco HMIware is installed in Win7 or Win8 or Win10 OS, please right click to “Run As Administrator”,  this error will not happen.

If you double click to run it directly then this error will come.

OR

Second thing just go to the software property and change the security settings.
