The motor start works when the humidity less than 60 %. When the. the ideal or optimal soil temperature for planting and growing most vegetables is 65° to 75°F (18°-24°C) for our project when the temperature high then 24°C the motor star slowly but when the temperature increase should the motor increase the speed,
And tank sensor The motor stop when the level of water less than 10% in the tank and give alarm. the speed of motor change by the condition above

It’s not combine with PLC programming. You have to work with other systems like Arduino etc. , which will cheaper than any other system.
