As per my knowledge there is Input/Output port.

You have to configure PLC output as Fanuc PMC Input & PLC Input as Fanuc PMC Output.

You can use Python or C language but only for giving command or data transfer. For logic you have to write ladder and with the help of that you can do the above things.

You can not upload the program without source code.

Source code must be downloaded by programmer.

Yes the program was their in the PLC.

But the programmer didn’t download the source code of the program.

Because of that you can get that message.

Also, you are not able to upload the program.
