    Hi,

    I don’t know about explicit messaging method but delta plc have some limitation sometimes. For example for modbus read / write they have some fix function while third party device not work on that function.

    May be that was the issue with you..

    You have to find hardware communication manual. Also driver details for both the hardware.

    I use CanOpen protocol with schneider PLC & VFD.

    Yes , you can try 2,3,5 to 2,3,5 pin connection or 2,3,5 to 3,2,5.

    You can use D instead of K then increment or decrement the values with condition of RPM less or more.

    Also use RPM to Voltage scale function.
