    Hi,

    RS232 use for Programming. And RS422 for Mitsubishi PLC communication.

    You can use SC-09 Red Cable directly for HMI to PLC communication.

    It’s simple.

    1. Find Encoder RPM
    2. Compare it with Actual RPM
    3. Generate Voltage Output accordingly.

    Right now I don’t have any example or link to share.

    Hi,

    First you can take memory bit M0,M1 according to X0 , X1 etc..

    Go to option -> Alarm setup -> Select Message field

    Now give Address and type alarm message in the selected message field.
